Morning Mr A.

just to let you know, I've not nabbed any of your stuff for a couple of weeks but I've a night off tomorrow & I'm gonna catch up. I'll deffo grab the Bob Marley & the Radiohead (if still active) and as a punt the Robin Trower & Savoy Brown. I don't know anything of the last two but I think they'll be up my street. And Robin Trower was born in Catford, so that's reason enough.

Much appreciated mate

Robin Trower used to be a member of Procul Harum (famous for Whiter Shade of Pale).

I've had that album (bridge of Sighs) for decades. Love it!

Great guitar work - stand out tracks are "Too Rolling Stoned" and "Bridge of Sighs".

Don't know what the post above is doing there... anyhow before England take on Portugal, Soft Machine,

When Soft Machine broke up they became Matching Mole - "machine molle" Soft Machine in French

This release is sourced from a reel-to-reel tape recorded at 3 3/4 ips tape that I got in trade in about 1975 from a fellow trader / taper. It's a soundboard recording.

"It's all over now baby blue"

Worth getting that compilation just for this Bob Dylan cover..... Van Morrison's voice is superb and the mood atmospheric.

This is one cover that blows away the original recording by the artiste (even if it is Bob Dylan)

PS - that box set is also available for £13.45 - new,on that link Superfly.

That's a great price for a 3CD Boxset!
