Triggering to atheists
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Begs the question, why, why, why ? Back when this could have been stopped the number one reason that it wasn't was expediency. Politicians are mostly careerists, especially so on the right and few....well, none from what transpired, were willing to risk their careers fighting this. The old 'kick the can down the road' for the next guy that you get from low quality elites....instead they can get a comfortable living and nice jobs after their stint....they can live nice lives in nice conservative areas.....unfortunately the hotter the potato gets the more the idealog you have to be to handle it. Edited by Stirlingsays (02 Feb 2023 12.30pm) What are you trying to suggest Stirling? That social issues are continually being put forth to weed out the most ideologically non-compliant and arouse the most emotional and dogmatic people? Why would anybody want to do that?
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

If you follow the logic of the ban then they should start burning books where women are perceived as victims. I have never understood the double standards where music and literature are concerned. Write a fiction book about a serial killer and you are lauded, write a song about a wife killer and they want to ban you, go figure.

It's always struck me as odd that murder is lauded on TV and in film for entertainment purposes. Murder, She Wrote, the Midsummer Murders, Death in Paradise for example. Can't see Rape in Paradise or Abuse on The Orient Express being commissioned with such zeal. Strange that violent death's OK though.
Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry. |
