Who said it is not an invasion? Westminster Brudge closed, as were several others. No permission given but, hey, the luxury car driving impoverished migrants deserve a chance to enjoy themselves, after all the hardship they have endured. My dear 'Spiderman', we are birds on the same twig. In terms of Asylum acceptance rates for Albanians, I have perused statistics for 2021 which show that on a similar number of applications to both the UK and France, we accepted about 55% of the cases processed and France about 2%. Take a bow Suella Braverman (On my wing of the party) for being totally candid in mentioning about an "Invasion" and that the "Asylum system is broken".

UK must be the butt of all Albanian jokes
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Unfortunately, to keep figures down, we have tended to “grant” whether it be full asylum status ( I doubt in these cases) or exceptional leave. Both give the right to work. By granting it shows less waiting, doesn’t mean to say they are genuine. The ones granted exceptional leave tend not to have a case for asylum

The cynic in me suggests that Albania wouldn't want them back...if (and I stress 'if'), whatever these guys earn is sent back to Albania to be used in their economy, why stop the flow of money? Also, Albanians getting free health care in the Uk means they are not costing the Albanian health system anything. What's not to like?
hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing. |

Now preying on the UK. No prison costs for Albania.

The ones granted exceptional leave tend not to have a case for asylum I heard David Davis interviewed on Radio 4 a few days ago, but cannot find a link to it. He made a lot of sense, effectively arguing that we are interpreting our responsibility to grant asylum incorrectly and, if the applicant comes from a "safe" country, then we have every right to return them there. He argued we just need to change some internal rules. You can read more here:-
For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |

Being allowed Appeal after appeal is a nonsense but great earner fir HR lawyers ( Cherie Blair take a bow).

I garland these comments with concurrence and praise. I am delighted that my MP was a signatory to the letter and I will express my delectation when we meet on Friday. I can assure one and all that I would have signed the letter if I was an MP.

I have said, for a long time, mass immigration will be the downfall of the EU. Unfortunately not before irreparable damage has been done
