So I can get 9 months sky sports on now tv for £180 , no 5 hr return £30 run train trip, no social distance bs, no hassle. or a few odd games tbc for £450 ST .... which will undoubtedly contain a night game or two I can’t make and the only 3pm sat game I get will be Burnley in February. Decisions Decisions Here"s an idea for the owners, yanks included,if we are aiming to be a top club winning something one day, anything, and the majority on here obviously have reservations about returning anytime soon, why not take advantage of the sinking economy and empty stands, by getting a great deal to build the main stand, finally, have it ready for 2 years time, when football might be back to normal , offer good season ticket prices and fill the ground! Due to the economic crisis i"m sure the building company would bite your hand off for a £100 million job, only for £80 million or such, any main stand supporters can have money back or move somewhere else in ground for 2 years, and have first option on new stand when it"s finished!

I can't wait to get my membership gift. I think it was a key ring last year. That snapped around 3 months later.

They didn"t have my gift last time i renewed, had run out, think that was a key ring to. I suspect that if people don"t return in sufficient numbers, they might go through the data and start contacting old members/season ticket holders," Hi , hope you are keeping well- just to let you know we have seats available for our up coming matches, Burnley 11.30 am sunday, wba saturday 5'30 pm, and a fantastic London derby against Fulham, sunday 12pm, we value your continued support-ps, all named games are category A- obviously.....still, could be worse i guess, Watford start the season on friday against boro!

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Those who genuinely cannot afford to pay for a season ticket, you have sympathies, we all have periods of being skint, but i cannot help feeling there are a lot of snowflakes on here whinging bunch, one minute they are moaning about the club not spending enough, telling Steve to spend 20 mill on one player 30mill on another, or £100,000 a week wages on some tosser, next minute the club are screwing them having an interest free loan on season tickets, utter crap, have they seen the interest rates on offer, the club will be lucky to make £5 out of you, whatever the club do a bunch of whingers will complain, although i do feel the club should have considered offering half season tickets to help some, i have renewed, which i normally have to do in Feb/March, the owners have given 7 years in the prem, thanks steve and co

I've been a season ticket holder for many years, and I don't consider myself to be a whingeing snowflake.

2 of our owners are billionaires and they want us to pay for 17 games when we’ll only see maybe 6 and then probably apply for our money back in hope we’ll donate more money for the third time. Absurd. Remind us what happened to the AWB money? Oh it paid off the the money the Americans loaned the club and haven’t we also taken out loans with interest elsewhere when we have billionaire owners? We aren’t owned by a local scrap metal businessman. It’s unreal what they’re trying on. Is anyone commending Parish for this also saying in other threads that we don’t rely on attendance and matchday revenue like other Prem clubs? Hmmm I wonder.

I wonder- it goes back to my original point that these people are in it for the money- nothing else- parish aside maybe, as he is a fan- but sure he could work out a fairer deal for the supporters, pay before you attend each game maybe- the tv deal pays for the season after all, might as well take cash at the bar while they are at it, not everybody uses a card, especially older people, not hard to pay as you go matches in my opinion!
