Mind you judging by the ECB it wouldn't surprise me....they are hyper sensitive to bad press like all corporates and like to appear as toucy feely as possible....as long as the money keeps rolling in. The Police are the same...so political and hyper sensitive to press. What Strokes did was stupid but it happens every weekend in town centres between drunk males and nothing ever happens. It should be nothing more than a slap on the wrist, a fine and a 'don't do it again'. Strokes is a sportsman. He isn't my mate or have to be some nice guy. If he's said something stupid on a video then people are free to call him a jerk. But the idea that it would restrict his living just blows my mind.

I cannot believe he won't have visa issues if selected.

If Stokes is convicted of ABH in the court, then I suspect the ECB will strip him of the vice-captaincy and he won't be on the tour to Australia. This will really diminish our chances and the Aussies will be filled with glee.

I'm thinking more along the lines of the Australian Immigration Service and their character tests as part of visa applications.
