I'm deaf so pulling in the real world is tricky ... communication issues etc.

I remember using the chat rooms in the early days of the internet ... irc etc. Used to do quite well on there ... met my first wife on one ... after the divorce I used dating sites ... I am an incredibly honest person (sometimes TOO honest) and that was adored by a LOT of women ... trouble is ... they used me to feel good ... screamed my name, declared undying love etc ... followed by kicking me out early the next morning and "I'm not looking for anything serious/there's no spark" ... but who am I to look a gift horse in the mouth!

I'm currently in a relationship so dunno what dating sites are like nowadays.

Personally I found the ones you had to pay for had a better class of women. Toruble is the men outnumber the women and most of these men are attached/married and after a bit on the side.

They say hard work never hurt anyone ... but why take a chance?
