Not that it matters in football as it's talent driven. News reading isn't and Emily Maitless is proof of that, she was f***ing useless at it for years and they stuck with her, and subsequently promoted her.

Equally, sometimes the rest of us might wake up, put on the TV and wonder why we see so many more black and Asian faces on TV than in our high street. I see nothing surprising or sinister about that.
