In SP we have a chairman who is very hands on and he is reluctant to give that up

I can't help thinking that his achievements at SU were down to his long association with the club. It gave him that added desire for success. He has no such life-long links with our club so I still remain unconvinced that he would do for us what some of you believe he could do. He is no doubt a good coach, but.....

Valerian ismail??? Doing an incredible job at Barnsley. A team who have underperformed and been towards the bottom end of the Championship (or lower) for what seems like decades. Anyone who can get a tune out of that team deserves a lot of credit.
