Luka goes from villain to hero

Spurs went passive after a strong start. With Wilf on the bench we're very much in this.

They did the same in the game at Selhurst and allowed us back into the match.

you can't help but ask the obvious about our wingers cutting inside instead of crossing, and Benteke's ability to score from crosses - I'm sure there are some good reasons for our lack of crosses, but a few more does not seem like a bad idea when you've got Big Ben up front.

Bring in Zaha. It does not matter if he is a bit off, Tottenham don't know that and will have to play him anyway. Opens up space for Eze and Andros.

Aside from a few lapses and remembering it's us not a terrible half.

Thats what CB can do if we play to his strengths.

If only we had a wingers who did it more often.

Well done Tekkers, a well taken goal.

I was thinking the same. Benteke's strength is his aerial ability yet our wingers consistently fail to put crosses in for him.

Well worked goal just before half time.

Don't you just love Palace. Chris Coleman loves us too I reckon. Someone get him into the dressing room - he'll tell 'em how to win it in the second half.

Souness just described Benteke's header as majestic. Quite agree. Pleased to see the big man score again.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

The occasional cross is a good idea.

This is a revolutionary idea, Roy what do you think 🤔

They have been the better team and Attwell almost put them 2 up but we are fighting and legally so all to play for. Wilf apparently ion for the second half. That MIGHT change things. I am happy with 1-1, COYP we can do this.

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

I doubt Wilf is 100% fit, so unless we really need him let him stay on the bench give him another week and smash wba
