This is a dumb thread we wont go down. If someone really thinks this person is in such a poor mind set and wouldn't surprise me if they are the sort that wants us to go down. 4 other teams have to beat us one of them is 11 points behind us. (we still need to play them again) Palace has to play 4 teams which are currently below us. We wont lose every game until the end of the season even picking up draws is fine but the likes of Fulham would need to win 4 games to go past us if we don't pick up any points.

Honestly, I would just concentrate on not catching any nasty diseases in Thailand if I were you.

On MNF, Gary Neville said that the talk was all about Newcastle being a possible relegation candidate but he mentioned that Burnley and Brighton should also be considered.

He must just be looking at the points. Isn’t there a saying about the table not lying ? From our perspective it feels like it is a bit at moment.

If we maintain the form of the last six games we shall finish on a comfortable 43 pts. Fulham no better than us ppg basis last six. Some people seem to thrive on negativity, those suggesting relegation is a possibility always hedge with might, could, maybe etc. None of the doom merchants actually ever seem to say " we are going down " so when we don't they can excuse themselves by quoting old posts. Can we have a new thread for negativity only
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

There is no point looking at last 6 stats...you only need to look at the last 2. Without Wilf we look beat before KO. We don’t look even close to scoring and our shambles of a defence couldn’t keep a clean sheet to save their lives. If we are still without Wilf for Fulham at home (28th feb) and/ or WBA home (13th Mar) then we are absolutely f***ed. Our run in is horrendous and we are running out of winnable games.

We need to at least fix the defence. Stop conceding goals from corners like a pub team for a start. Do that we should pick up a few points against the lower half teams.
