Fuming at this, need to post it somewhere. Pen Not even checked by VAR. Clearly a penalty for me, goes through the player to touch the ball. Not even checked. Offside by centimetres, neither linesman or ref sees it on pitch therefore ITS NOT CLEAR AND OBVIOUS so why is that any different to the pen?! Just so classic. Man unt bias as you’d expect. Can I just say as well, I’m finding ayew so frustrating to watch. Can’t pass the bloody ball and goes to ground when he doesn’t need to and complains when it would be easier to pass. Wish they would stop waxing lyrical about United as well, they have been w***

That's 6 on the trot. But if in the other games we'd made the effort that the team did tonight, few would be seething and wanting Roy out.

Do they only get motivated by the glamour teams?

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

You have a point there. This has been a point that has been raised all season, but it has been the same for everyone and we're not the first to have a goal disallowed for a toe nail being offside. The one that really angers me is the armpit

Once you realise that, it invalidates your "facts are facts" line. The "same for everyone" is exactly the same as "these things even themselves out over a season".

I don't think that there is great conspiracy in the same way as many but VAR was a terrible idea in the first place and it's implementation has now brought in all this faux precision which infuriates even people who were previously advocates.

Schlupp, Riedewald and Mitchell have all played at left back for us so he is correct.

So a player plays in a position because of injury and that makes them a left back ? If a cat barks is it a dog ?

The outcome the same - another defeat, but at least we made a fist of it tonight and the players can hold their heads up.
