Ayew clearly pushed, sadly.

If Phil Thompson says the goal should've stood then that's good enough for me

No other team can turn defend into attack as quickly as Liverpool can and that is why they will win it this season.

Not true. All you need is a rapid striker and a good long ball.
Citeh can do it, so can Leicester, Arsenal and United.
We used to do it with AJ and before that Wrighty.
Dont believe the hype that Klopp has re invented counter attacking football.

Some really decent performances across the team.

The more I see of our keeper, the more I am impressed.

Great reflexes - and have we ever had a better puncher of the ball?

I doubt it as punching the ball is very European and most of our keepers have not been brought up in that style. Still prefer a keeper to actually catch a ball myself.

We now have two good keepers at the club which is a bedrock. I thought big Wayne was immense for Wales this week.

Yup.
This game needed a fast striker to get in the box as crosses were flying in.
Our speed up the pitch is good.
Our finishing is shocking.

Well done Palace... not often we lose and it still feels like a win. We did everthing bar win, played the better football, and definately deserved a win, let alone a draw ... and scored a proper goal, which is more than could be said for their two goals.. combined! Moral victory here!!!!

I've been mystified as to why he hasn't been starting as often this season. Brings absolutely essential creativity and positive play.

Gutted not to take something from the game today. Great effort from the players today and hopefully the performance is a sign of things to come in December.

I've no doubt that had Wilf managed to tuck his last chance away then the VAR gods would have swooped in to spot an infraction 50m away in order to disallow it. Liverpool got lucky today - maybe it's title winning form or maybe they're getting sloppy. Who knows, who cares.

More of the same next week please.

And was clearly pushed by VVD! Even Adrian Durham and Chris Sutton have said it should have stood. Apparently Jermaine Jenas and Merson were going ballistic on BT, Merson said they may as well hand the league to Liverpool now!
What about the foul on McArthur before they broke which led to the winning corner? Kevin Friend gave Palace nothing today, except a goal which was then overruled
