Imagine the meltdown on here if, as is rumoured, Palace signed Islam Slimani

"We love you Islam, we do..."

Away games would be renamed Rendition matches. Still the costs of transport would be cheaper.

Flying carpet ?

Extraordinary!

Not really. They were all the rage once but they only had a range of about 30 feet... straight down.

The weave was amazing though.

I was talking about the rendition not the carpet!

Don't worry, I always laugh at my own jokes anyway.

Yes, we know that 1 in 7 non-Muslims also empathised with those heading to fight in Syria and that 100% of those voted for Corbyn.

None of this stuff means anything. People lie in polls.

Interestingly 14% of non-Muslims when taking the same poll responded with sympathy, which kind of puts a perspective on the validity of claims they're pro-terror.

None of this stuff means anything. People lie in polls.

Such as the original poll. Polls are questionable when conducted in this way, especially when its a news outlet that has a particular popularist agenda.

But the Sun didn't run a headline stating "14% of non-Muslims sympathise with IS" did they? And they wouldn't. They know what sort of xenophobic rubbish sells papers and reinforces the small minded views of SOME of their readership.

I wish people would stop reading tabloids. And I wish people would stop taking polls seriously.

As far as I see it, I don't regard Muslims who have no interest in the support of terrorist actions as having anything to answer for. The fact that they are Muslims doesn't interest me....The Kurds are Muslims and they are fighting and dying every day on the ground against IS.

I'm interested in the small set of religiously inspired radicals from within this group.

From these stats I can see that we have quite a problem with the status quo and.....I'll be honest I don't know what can be done about it.

Yeah those "religiously inspired radicals." That's why I'm skeptical about Israel's expansionist policy in the middle east.
