You watch, Croydon is the ascendancy, its going to change for the better a lot over the next few years. Including seeing a lot more Palace tops walking around! IMO that would make it more chavier than it is already. Croydon has had its day and will not improve by building a Westfield. Most people i know avoid Croydon as its full of scumbags.
