Half time meno to Roy.
Benteke is quite good in the air.
The occasional cross is a good idea.

A cross from the left with the left foot to Benteke who scores. Why do we persist in playing wingers who come inside onto their preferred foot?

Well done Tekkers, a well taken goal.

Local commentator on fire: "Luka feeds a lovely left-footed pastry and Benteke takes a bite."

Luka is a liability and a shadow of the player 2 seasons ago Palace tactics a la Roy need to change - heavily defensive and relying on the odd breakaway, Thankfully Palace have shown in the last 10 minutes attack is the best form of defence with a well taken goal by Benteke and in doing so look a much better side

We need to cross the ball more often. Simple really. Tottenham are as poor as we are and are there for the taking.

And there you go, get the ball forward and opportunity will arrive. Perhaps Benteke has had the renewed contract carrot dangled before him.

We can't pass it out of defence. The press is too high and we aren't good enough on the ball, especially with two in midfield.

We've got to just pump it up field and hope to get behind their defenders.

Bang it long. Bang it into Benteke. Bang it in.

Bang bang bang
