We need another 7 wins to stay up and this should be one of them. I don't know what we find so difficult about beating the teams below us but as usual, we are running out of candidates.
Sorry, Henry, but I don't equate that record as having difficulty beating the teams below us.

Probably will score against us as we limp to a 1-0 home defeat to continue our downward spiral.Instead of being on the front foot from the start,we will show this abysmal side too much respect and gift a first win.

A Palace loss and a Brighton win today (both feasible) would mean Brighton move to within 3 points of us. Some say Brighton are a poor side who play fancy football with no end product. I don't recall them conceding 10 in 2 games. Burnley (at home to Fulham tomorrow) on the other hand have a game in hand, which if won would put them on the same points as us. We've picked up 3 points in the last 5 games; the slide down the table is slow but sure. A win today is vital. Edited by southnorwoodhill (02 Jan 2021 10.04am)

Edited by southnorwoodhill (02 Jan 2021 10.04am) Fulham have a depleted squad due to positive COVID tests and self isolation. I wouldn’t be surprised if this game is called off but if it goes ahead Burnley should pick up the 3 points.
