Look at some of the tiny mickey mouse places about the World that do have city status. All you need is a jumped up church with a few extra bells & whistles.

Croydon has a far greater variety of restaurants. McDonald's with metal detectors, wing yip, IKEA meatballs, abrakababra, and not to mention Morley's (other chicken shops are available). When it comes to street food, some places sell meat that was literally only road kill the day before! I heard neither Milan clubs have lifted the Zenith Data Systems cup. I once spoke to a guy in the goose who lived in a cemetery and identified as a terminator sent to the past to protect humans from vampires that frequented the Black Sheep.... you couldn't get that kind of gangsta protection at your Benga Benga parties Silvio.
