Not a chance.

The one thing about not being able to attend is it makes you realise how much time and effort going to a home match takes (when you don’t live locally anymore)
, especially when we’re playing in the way we did against Brighton. I might not renew mine and the kids season tickets next year and just go to games as and when.

My abode is on the south coast and it is generally a 2 hour drive there and back and has taken longer on occasions.
Short-changed every darned game.

I won’t be paying the £15 to watch Palace, nor anyone else for that matter. As much as I love Palace, and have been supporting them since my first match seen v. Peterborough in 1963 (lost&#128580, I really can’t bear to watch the type of ‘football’ being played by Roy’s team. I didn’t even watch the Brighton game last week, and quite glad judging by some of the comments.
So no, won’t be paying any more than I already do, so Football generally might just have to cut its cloth accordingly if enough fans don’t cough up.

I can see this being the norm even when the fans are allowed back. Those greedy b*stards at Sky wont miss a trick

It was reported that both 'SKY' and 'BT Sport' refused to reveal how many people paid to watch games on their channels in the opening PPV weekend.
Even staff and have not been briefed on the viewing figures.
This would suggest that the take-up was somewhat on the low side.

Apologies I did say I wouldn't but the loyalty to Palace and the joy I get when we score or win is to good to miss, just hope there is something better to watch this week COYP

I have signed up for the ppv. I have been really torn as it is taking the p- - out of us supporters loyalty. If it turns out to be the same dross as the Brighton game I will be stronger next time around...

I have reluctantly paid the dollar for it.

My love for Palace despite us registering a few shots a game outweighs the politics around the PPV fee.

I dont agree with the fee, i really dont and i personally think there should be a netflix type of football channel where you could pay £15/month for unlimited football content.....that would make more sense than BT and Sky and every other tom, dick and harry ripping us fans off, but hey ho....thats the world we live in

I'll see what else there is to do on this rainy, muddy, locked down weekend first, try to forget that ppv is an option, attempt various hooky streams to see it for free, try and talk the Mrs into a bit of the other upstairs and then, having failed miserably in all these endeavours, reluctantly pay the fecking money for the game.

Well... So far my weekend has worked out far better than I envisaged. By which I mean that I went for a nice walk in the autumnal conditions before the rain set in, and that a hooky stream provided on these very pages worked really well. Nothing doing with the Mrs as of yet, for those who expressed an interest.

BT can stick their £14.95. Anyone who has experienced their customer service (complaints department in particular) will understand that screwing them out of that dosh is almost as sweet at Palace playing so well today.
