Wilf lulling them into a false sense of security by being unable to control a pass For 45 minutes only to beat 3 players and score a beauty 5 minutes from the end.

Fortunate to be in the lead but one thing is certain: Brighton will score.

None of our players seem to find space, consequently most of our passes are of the suicidal variety, to marked mates who have no chance to proceed.

Sad to say but Brighton look a class above us and we will need to be at our defensive best to get a point or points out of this.

Never a pen but hey ho... Although they have totally dominated possession they have yet to force Guita into even a half decent save.

Wilf has been poor... Yet to take on and beat anyone and Lampety has pretty much had him in his pocket.

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

I haven't noticed this before, but they are continuing with the crowd noise at half time and the commentators are still "raised voices" above the din. Hilarious.

What a s**t half. That's a game and a half now without a shot on target (apart from the penalty) and this is against one of the worst defences in the league..

Agreed mate. Sh@t to be beating our rivals

Well not quite sure how but we 1up at 45 minutes. !
Will probably need to keep a clean sheet second half to win though.

Well we didn’t - and we drew.
Frankly still more than we deserved ! 1 shot on target all game !

We are very lucky to be in front, Bats has done nothing and seems to be out of his depth, Wilf has also been poor, Brighton seems to be much better at passing and controlling the midfield. This is going to be a very nervy 2nd half as can't see us scoring from open play on this first half performance!

guaita has had sweet fa to do apart from coming out and catching that cross. brighton look very pretty with their passing but no actual attacking prominence. doesn't matter how we got the goal as the only statistic that counts in football is goals and at the moment we have the one that really counts.

Positives, Sahko isn’t playing, Ridewald looks very composed and McArthur putting in his usual shift.

Negatives, our passing is awful, Zaha not got into th3 game apart from the penalty

Possible solution-bring on Eze, he has looked good at linking up the play but not for Sclupp who has made a couple of charging runs taking pressure off our defence
