I think there is a distinction between bad signings in the sense that there are those that have never been used, or hardly ever used ... Marange, Grandin, Camarasa and are never given the chance to show what they can do, and those that are used and explicitly demonstrate they are bad - e.g. Zohar.

Not all of those mentioned surely were Premier League ? However on that level I would go for Paul Warhurst. Much hype, little delivery. But to sign a defender as a striker how surprising was that?
