His team plays lousy football.

His purchased players are of mediocre quality at best.

If these would be his signings for rebuilding a team like Palace and this iwnhis vision, then NO, THANKS.

...so you agree he's a perfect fit then?

Do you honestly think that Nagelsmann, currently manager of RB Leipzig, 3rd in the Bundesliga, would have any interest in leaving them for us ?

He has said he wants to come to the Premiership, why not try at least? He may feel he can't go any further there as it stands already.

Rachel Riley would be my choice!

Sometimes I set out for Ludlow
Sometimes I end up in Chepstow

A bit of an “off the wall” suggestion and most on here will think I have finally lost it but Gerhard Struber of Barnsley. Cut his teeth in management with RB Salzburg Academy and a very short spell with Wolfsburg. It probably would be too risky but thought I would stoke the debate
Kept Barnsley up with a very young squad playing attacking football. Austria is becoming a good breeding ground for players and managers

Another off the wall suggestion: Lamouchi from Forest. Attracts good players, plays attacking football and has good playing pedigree.
Sorry but boring day in my household

Nottm Forest are a counter-attacking team with often less possession than their opponents. The number of goals they have scored is in the bottom half of the table and they have scored the same number of goals as Hull who are rock-bottom.

Remarkable what a dose of top division reality does to people . Most of the names being thrown about , would fall flat. It s the club that needs to move forward. When it ever does a new manager could well help . As things are it’s moving snails pace if at all, and a new manager would need a big contract , to compensate for a very good chance of a large dent appearing in his CV..

Parish got his fingers burned with FDB it was a good idea that just didn't work out.

I doubt he will be willing to take a chance like that again so I expect whoever takes over from Roy will be the tried and tested variety.

"Tried and tested" might have no interest in coming to our club.Yes, Hodgson accepted the job but he had an emotional connection with the club and the area and the timing was right for him,

In any event there is no vacancy and unlikely to be in the near future.
"Tried and Tested" Roy will be in situ for a while yet!
