This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Roy's out of his seat ... looking quite anxious at the drinks break. He's picked the Orange Barley water!

It's like watching paint dry. Roys decision making is bewildering. The team looks: slow, off pace, can't string passes together, could not be any narrower if they tried, zero creativity, Guaita making an awful error, Sakho is just sluggish, Benteke making the most bizarre pass in our penalty area that nearly resulted in a goal, Ward seems half asleep.... The usual subs no matter how ineffectual they would appear to be.... I'm glad Roy has kept us up for another season but I am praying we have a manager next season who decides to have some positive attacking mindset at any point in the game....

A few minutes ago, McArthur gets the ball just inside their half, he passes backwards to Cahill who passes sideways to Ward, back to Cahill who passes it into the left back position. We are 1-0 down and we are playing in such a negative manner!!!!

The problem is that if we concede even one goal you just know that's it, there's no belief that we can even get back to draw or score. That's the depressing thing. You want hope and without that, the joy of watching your team is mostly gone.

If any game sums up my problem with Hodgson it’s this one.

You compare this to the “boring” Pulis side - which conceded less and scored more. At least when we played counter attacking under Pulis, Allardyce there was some intent. There is no intent here, no pace, no desire. We could give Roy £100 million. He’d stock up on defensive midfielders approaching 30. And Paul Konchesky.

Good news! Club shop soon to be stocking the Roy H zimmer. Painted bright red and blue and moves backwards and forwards very slowly. Dreadful and Leiscester aren’t much better.

Is there a more boring team to watch in the premier league than Palace ? Everything is so predictable. Yawn.
