Credit to you for coming on here and talking rationally/reasonably about this fixture. However, there is undoubtedly some bad blood between the fans/teams, firstly due to the playoff game and the FA semi, then subsequently the battering of Wilf over the past few games.

I'd love to see a free-flowing expansive and exciting game, but I fear what we'll get is a war of attrition, with the ref getting his ear severely bent by both teams. Sarr is definitely a future star and on his way to big things, much like Zaha 5 years back, so it would be a bit poetic if he got raked by Luka in the first five minutes

you've got more chance of seeing Elvis riding Shergar in the Sainsburys car park than that happening at Selhusrt!

Good chance that the game will be postponed or played behind closed doors given the virus updates

I am at a loss to understand why a lot of you are in fear of Watford.

Have a look where they are in the table.
Their away from is dire.
Their disciplinary record is no worse than anyone else in the division.
Troy Deeney admitted that they take turns to kick Wilf. Big WHOOPITY DO. Every team kicks Wilf.
We are not playing Juventus, It is Watford for crying out load. Get a grip of yourselves.

Good post.

I don't think that it's so much Watford that we are nervous about but having a referee that is shortsighted and can't see what's going on

Well said! I still sticking to a 2-1 win for us. Would love it to be more but we haven't thrashed a team for quite a while.

which would undoubtedly result in Luka being sent off, remember who the referee is!!

Didn't they beat us 3 times last season.

Some teams just know the recipe like we used to with Leicester

I'm a natural pessimist. However I think we'll nick this.

It's so typical of football that after beating the best team in the league with a great performance, a team is brought back down to earth by a lesser team (than Liverpool).

Watford can't play like they did every match or they wouldn't be where they are.

1-0

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

I agree, he is definitely the ugliest.

Roy should be in ref's ear pre match reminding him of ball and chain's comments

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

Saying it very quietly, but aren't we about due our 4/5-0 win?

If that happens I'm sure the HOL would be delighted for you to remind us very loudly.

Yes but then the Weed did the double over us last year and after regular defeats against Arsenal we are now unbeaten in 4, and as for Manure, well 20 games before we managed a premier league win, but we did it, and on their patch.
