All this talk of ignoring them but who the fcuk are Amaq and why are the BBC referring to both as if they are legitimate organisations? "The Islamic State (IS) group said it was behind the attacks in a statement issued on the IS-linked Amaq agency"

Nothing wrong with being a extremist or a fundamentalist... if you're extreme about a peaceful philosophy... unfortunately these people are extreme about Islam... which has some violent philosophies.

He was talking about idiots using this as an excuse to promote Brexit and others doing similar for their politics. What better time to discuss the referendum, the crux of which is border control and immigration, than in the aftermath of a horrendous terrorist attack that could have been directly avoided were it not for Europe's complete inability to track those who wish to move across its borders? We have now suffered two atrocities in the space of six months as a direct result of free movement in Europe, not taking into account the multiple other terrorist attacks that occurred last year. The sickening irony is that had the Paris attacker been caught at the time rather than managing to exploit the lack of border control AGAIN by escaping into Belgium, then today's revenge attack for his capture wouldn't have happened. Like it or not, today's attack has a clear bearing on the fact that our country is about to make the biggest choice of a generation and one that will directly influence our capacity to prevent these atrocities occurring here in the future. Yet anybody who dares mention it is called an idiot and accused of exploiting a tragedy. Well, as far as I'm concerned it's the attempt to brush the issue under the carpet that is the real insult to the victims.

If you think us not being in Europe and other countries will see their own home-grown loopy terrorists laying down their explosives and arms if free movement is restricted then all I can say is that really is idiotic. No offence. The London bombers came from oop North. That Abdelsam bloke who attacked Paris was a French national. The attacks will still happen. But in different locations than they might have been.

My personal view is that we should say to these muslims, if you want to live in the free world (The West) then you should adopt our way of life, close all mosques, they can pray as much as they want at home, if they don't like it go and live in a muslim country, and for those born here, their not real muslims, they can go to, Trump is coming to get you..

Kermit I'm not peddling a thing, partially because I've seen enough of the tedious political rows on this website to know that nobody ever changes their opinion but primarily because I haven't decided which way I'm voting yet. What I take exception to is the fact that the pro-EU brigade have deemed it acceptable to lambast anybody who dares contextualise the events on a broader scale as heartless, politically-opportunistic monsters. That is what is disingenuous here because frankly I don't believe for a minute that if Cameron could find an angle to argue that the attacks prove we should stay that he wouldn't take it.
