It's amazing that, for all their financial and military support, without which probably Israels illegal occupation of Palestine, its total disregard for their people, enforcing with their army displacement dehumanisation and now mass slaughter of innocents which the USA has even assisted, could not have happened.

How has the USA got into this position?

The Israel PM basically a corrupt thug with little regard for democracy in his own country, Netanyahu seems to be able to tell the world's major power, to basically get knotted.

Humanitarian pause? Come back next week Joe, just keep the money and arms flowing. SP we'll give you four hours.

I would have thought the only place for Israel is securely within its 1967 borders.

If Israel had not been given carte blanche do what it wanted, there would have been no brutal occupation, Hamas not necessary, it feels like Israel responsible for creating it.

As it is the world is watching the dreadful scenes, irrespective of what western governments try to suppress.

I don't think the British public are onboard with the British political establishment, I think they are deeply concerned with what is happening to the Palestinians.

100% spot on !

Do you honestly think there will be no trouble. The police have dropped the ball big time, londistan will be just that as guaranteed this will have antifa somewhere about.

Your verbal is f*cking ridiculous. Somewhat hilarious but full bonkers. Bought into it hook line and sinker.

The pro-Palestine march doesn’t go anywhere the Cenotaph - route map attached.

A planned route is one thing, what actually happens is often another.

I hope that the weekend goes off without major incident and no one is hurt.

Extremists on both sides will be drawn to London because the march is taking place, if there is trouble the march will be the proximate cause.

It is an extreme irony that the march can take place because of the sacrifices of those remembered this coming weekend.

Sunak and Braverman will be gutted if the march goes off peacefully.

The idea that we looked to politicians to heal divisions in society and not to widen them has long since passed with these two.

They have been talking it up all week, while the Met commander and the organisers of the remembrance parade have no problems with it.

Previous marches of the pro-Palestine cause have passed off peacefully much to their disappointment.

No way does it justify Suella (hate marches) Braverman, how much trouble has ther been on previous pro Palestinian marches?

But some will be happy if it kicks off, whatever they say to the contrary, she spreads hatred and division.

I tend to find that the ones who speak most about hatred and division are the ones who seem to feel it most.

'Enlightened' people seldom or never possess a sense of responsibility.
All the war-propaganda, all the screaming and lies and hatred, comes invariably from people who are not fighting.

Note the guy in the light brown who peacefully throws a big wooden pole at the police

The Met have no problems so they have drafted in thousands of extra officers and cancelled all leave for no reason.

You really do post some ideology driven nonsense

I have no doubt that thanks to Braveverman's antagonistic statements, and the presence of Tommy ten names, other far right groups and football hooligans who will descend on London may have something to do with it!

I expect those nice, peace-loving Hamas supporters will be really scared, but no doubt the impartial police force will look after them.
