Where do you get this information from? If true it could be the tipping point for his military. I cannot see them using it against civilians or resistance fighters. Nor can I see Nato changing their stance. The hot war will end in a few days, or a couple of weeks max, followed by occupation, a puppet government and guerilla resistance. The cold war follows. Putin won't be forgiven and the squeeze on Russia won't go away. The big danger is if he is either terminally ill, or truly deranged, and no-one has the means to remove him. Literally all over the news for the last 24 hours plus one has allegedly been photographed in Kharkiv, It's not going overly well for Russia at the moment, The ukrainian military are using Turkish built Bayrakter drones to wreck havoc on Russian supply lines see this [Tweet Link]
The North and East campaigns are going poorly whilst he is having much more success in the South, he is about to turn the screw & ramp up the aggression considerably I cant stress enough if this is deployed and used in built up areas it will be carnage. The rest is my prediction but seeing as the only thing I've got wrong so far is the speed of the Russian invasion I am right a lot more than I am wrong. There is absolutely no way NATO will tolerate this thing being used more than a handful of times, I predict NATO will go in. Edited by Ouzo Dan (27 Feb 2022 6.56pm)

The sensible civilian way of removing this land mine is to tie a loop on a long piece of rope and drag it off the road. This is eastern Europe though so he is probably carrying it back to Russia. Kurwa tam

Edited by Ouzo Dan (27 Feb 2022 6.56pm) Very little chance of that; and no chance whatever if there are any Russian troops where NATO have to go "in". That said, bombing the bvggery out of Syrian towns through proxies is one thing; attacking civilian targets to cause mass (white, European, Christian) civilian casualties is another. Expect all those sanctions that have only been mooted which Putin has banked (pun) on us not imposing being imposed and any friends of Russia to slip quietly away. If anything, attacks will be cyber, remote and more damaging than any conventional military attack.

Putin is about to give the go ahead for his TOS-1 Thermobaric flamethrower (although its more a rocket launcher) to be used in Ukraine. f*** that s***, expect huge huge casualties, I will go out on a whim here and say this will force NATO's defensive build up to switch from a defensive one to an offensive one & they will enter Ukraine. With Putin's finger over the nuke button I'd honestly get out of London or at least have a plan to get away, I am not exaggerating here. If Putin launched a full scale nuclear attack on this country I hope ground zero is my flat. I would rather go quickly than a slow death by radiation poisoning. I don't see this happening.

The fact that this deranged individual has brought this into the equation is proof that he is a desperate man. I firmly believe that he expected his forces to overcome Ukranian forces in short order but this has not been the case.I also believe he did not expect the response from the west. Edited by Willo (27 Feb 2022 7.45pm) 100% agree. The ramping up of the International response on all fronts must be humiliating for Putin, and his successes on the ground have been limited. He is far more a desperate man than he is a strategic genius. With any luck his own side will take him out before long as those aligned to him will be feeling the pinch and will also be worried for how irrational and unhinged his behaviour has become.

Quote Turkey has said it will apply the terms of an international agreement that could see it block access to the Black Sea for the Russian Navy.
Under the 1936 Montreux Convention, Turkey has control over the two straits that connect the Black Sea, which sits on Ukraine’s southern coast, to the Mediterranean. The convention guarantees the free passage of vessels belonging to Black Sea countries - like Russia - in peacetime, but allows Turkey to close the straits to all foreign warships in a time of war or if Turkey itself is threatened. Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said earlier: “We have decided that the situation in Ukraine has turned into a war. We will be transparently applying the provisions of Montreaux.”

Huge queues at one of our local filling stations this evening, whilst another was out of diesel, and another had no customers at all. Whether they had fuel I don't know. Panic buying for sure. Anyone else seen this?
