To be fair Nick - I don’t think any landlord would wish to keep a residential property empty. Would not make any sense. Probably more applicable to holiday homes/second homes etc That's why there should be a hefty 'empty house' charge. A bit like the 'bedroom tax' that so many on here support. (Cue the "it's not a tax" responses) Nick, I would be obliged if you could answer my questions about how Corbyn has costed his rent plans. Before you appear to ignore them and pick a fight over the Bedroom Tax that you have instigated.

It's a simple question.

It's a simple question. I can, but you can look for it yourself, it's widely available if you search Corbyn Housing Policy. As requested by the mods, I will no longer further engage with you.

Nick - it's funny how you engage with me up until a point and then the 'mods' thing comes up. The fact is I have been very courteous to you, I have not broken rules, I have asked you back up your statements. However, I will not ask you any further on this matter and invite people to judge themselves on whether you have any facts to back up your statements on here. Jamie - no need for a 'warning' on here. I am out of this one.

'Stirlings' far worse. Runs to the mods like his life depends on it. To anyone bothered, this joker called me a prick twice in two separate posts. He's been crying about the yellow he got for it ever since. Why he wasn't red carded for the second time I've no idea. Now he partly spends his time putting posts like this out.

I get the feeling Stirling that TUX has a lot of issues. I think we should support him, not knock him. Attention seeking behaviour is often the result of not being cuddled enough as a child. Bless him. He’s probably wet his pants again tonight.
