If we start creating and converting slightly better chances then we could begin hammering teams. Easy to say not so easy to do the defence have lost us the game at Liverpool, cost us a point again Brighton and in all probability will have lost us the game today. We can't score so we need to be solid at the back and we are far from that they seem to not be switched on when it matters, no leader at the back taking control this is a shambles and for all the pretty football we are not getting the right return, early days or not it's clear we are in the dog fight at the bottom to stay up this year!

Ayew has to come off. All talk and no trousers. His end product is scandalous. I've come around to agree with you here. He's much better in hold up play so better used as a sub to sit on a lead, if/when we get to that point in future. Right now starting him is wasting a position.
