There is too much B******S talked about managers if you have a decent DOF some good scouts and you have experience of different coaches and respect of the players that is all you need

The problem Parish has is persuading someone to take on a high risk job where so many changes are required and there is-so little cash available to rebuild this team and I guess that is why it is taking so long to get someone over the line who has the necessary quality!
