Haven't watched games tonight but apparently managed 2 were tap ins and Diane should have had a hattrick. Mateta will certainly score more than Benteke if and big if ,He gets a few opportunities.

The first West Brom goal was a foul but somehow it wasn't lol and Maguire cheated for a penalty and somehow he didn't ..again lol, West Brom had far better opportunities to win quite easily in the end ..but didn't.

That is right but look at the way Fulham played to get those goals. Not seen that from Palace in a long-long time.
Fulham has played good, positive, entertaining football for weeks and months now - finally they have discovered how to put the ball in the net. They got a new striker and put him straight in the team, while we keep on playing two headless chickens on top.
At least if Roy H. only played one, we could have 5 in the middle of the park - and using Eze the way he should be used.

Lol...I love comments like that.

'Certainly'.

You've got no idea if that will happen whatsoever.

I have said this before on here we have 29pts we are and have been very lucky,
The back end of last season shows we are not safe, I cannot honestly see where another win is coming from.
We are the most boring and predictable team to watch we have no heart no leadership, its like we have accepted that we will go down or do the board think it is the right time to get relegated, 12 players out of contract and the parachute payment to come.

A change of manager is definitely required. The players looked bored, unfit and lack any kind of inspiration. I also think Luka’s captaincy is a cause for concern as he is hardly leading from the front and his form has dipped alarmingly.

I think Roy’s biggest problem is he isn’t the type of manager to give rousing speeches. Yes he can organise his team, and set them up to try and compete (although recently he seems to have lost to ability to even do that). He just seems to lack the charisma to get the players going and then they come out in front of an empty stadium and everything seems to be so flat. There’s nothing to lift the players and both the manager and captain seem to be struggling.

I think you could be right but it’s still sparking some anxiety in me. It’s unlikely but not at all impossible that we could see a Pardew-esque run of losses between now and the end of the season, I still think Sheffield United probably deserve their position but a real streak of less than necessary luck there too as a recent example.

As previously stated though I wasn’t hopeful against wolves or Newcastle and live in hope we’ll see another burst of points or at least a trickling to see us limp over the line.

Never easy is it! I, like many, blame my father!

My god we look awful, but nonetheless, COYP

Pardew's worst run of losses was 6. Hodgson's worst was 7.

It definitely won’t happen under Roy, why is it people don’t get it our strikers do not score because we provide zero service.

You need to be creating at least 4 or 5 good chances in a game not just one.

Look at Bamford against Palace had 4 good chances scored 1 if he only had one chance created would never of scored.

The problem is the tactics & style of play.

I've got a bit of a bad feeling about this. I predicted in November that one of the "safe" sides would slide, but I didn't think it would be us. Whereas all the teams below us have shown signs of improvement and fight we appear to have lost interest and are slipping away. The only good thing about Brighton coming-up is that they are goal-shy, but a few more bad results and we are in big trouble...

A Hodgson-esque run of defeats isn't altogether unknown!

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.
