Hennessey injured, Luca suspended... Come on Palace! We could only be in better shape if Roy were to pick up a dry cough and temperature in the next day or two and Paddy McCarthy takes temporary charge for the weekend. Eze might start, we might actually try to get the ball in their box and hang on to it for more than 3 passes. I am excited.

I find it rather sad that a Crystal Palace Supporter can be pleased that any of our players are injured or suspended, as for wishing our manager to be unwell!
.
Honestly reading some of the comments on here I wonder how many are really Palace supporters.

Absolutely, do you know what really keeps me up at night? The thought that any of the players or the manager could easily log on to this site and some of these comments may bring them to tears. The thought of a human being crying because of careless words online is just so sad.

I do not, for one second, believe any true football fan would ever hold any animosity, frustration or anger towards anyone involved at his own club, even when the chips are down.

I am totally with you on this one, if only there were more like you, 'real fans' and not all these fake ones.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Yes, once again we are to lose. Unfortunately, he's been pretty good on his predictions of PL results these last two rounds and even had us down for a 0-2 defeat at Wolves! I fear he may not be wrong this time.

So if, as a fan, you vehemently believe the manager's tactics are wrong, you should keep your views to yourself and simply wish him well? Or as on a fansite should you be able to vent your spleen a tad?

I'm sure Roy H doesn't give a monkeys about this site or what's written in it.

There is such a thing as constructive criticism without the need to indulge in foul language or taking the michael about Roy's speech which someone did last week. What's worse is the Mods allow it.

In the past there was usually a promoted team that surprised a few teams and made a good start and Lids are this years team. We are starting to gel and the newbies if not getting starts are at least getting game time and for this reason I am going for a 2-1 win with the usual northern whinging about refs not understanding the rules.
the comments about Wayne and Luka are pathetic and sadly say more about the times we live in rather than their football knowledge

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

I'm afraid you misjudged my angle.

OK. Some posters on here may go OTT but they are fans. As for players or management reading this board I'd say that is most unlikely.
Seeing that the least well paid player is on about 10k a week, they have vastly different lifestyles - to me for one. So I wouldn't be too concerned for their sensibilities.

Leeds are an attractive team and like to attack in numbers. If we sit back and allow them to do this they will eventually find a way through and once behind we will then have a mountain to climb. To stand a chance we need to come out, have a go and deny them space. Cant see this happening though .... I sadly predict a loss 0-2.

Believe Roy's negative tactics will impact any attacking threat and I foresee Leeds having over 60% possession, even though we are the home team and a 1-1 draw is being optimistic!!
