We have a habit of getting a much needed win out of these types of away games. Especially one preceded by dour football and p*ss poor performances.
My prediction is for a win of some description, maybe 2-0 or 2-1.

I'll have some of what you're having.

My concern is we set ourselves out to be ultra defensive but have managed to concede in 9 of our last 11 games. Something just isn't right.

I think defensively we've been pretty good bearing in mind how many are out or just returning - Kouyaté in particular.

I dread to think of the reaction if we play badly - even if we draw. Lose and play badly and I think many supporter's patience will have ran out.

I believe supporters have not quite boiled over but are simmering.
A defeat against Fulham on the back of a dour performance and supporters will be a-boil akin to burning milk.

A Benteke revival would be great.

Who knows, pigs might fly.

It is difficult to get any interest in the dire PL and a VAR absurdity will decide it anyway.

But as ever, praying for a result.

1-2 such optimism.

Optimistic for a performance showcasing our talented attacking line, a dynamic midfield and a solid defence.

Realistically a dire 45 min of playing well without the ball, followed by conceding early in the second half and keeping it tight for a 1-0 loss.

I won’t be watching, that’s how bad it is atm.

I dont really care anymore. The fact is that there are no home or away games ( due to no atmosphere) if you look at the recent crazy scorelines. It doesnt seem like its real football but a poor imitation we have to tolerate until we can go back to the stadiums.

Im going to cut the grass.

If Roy stays with the recent tactics Fulham will give us a beating. 3-0. Then the Roy fans will say "hey we still have seven points!"

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

I was only saying this last week. Watching football this year is beyond painful, it will be the strangest season in history. I will be happy just to stay up and write the season off because anyone getting relegated this year is in serious trouble because of finances.
