Great we lost.. Roys smiling as we leave the pitch,, whats all that Does he really want to win matches?? great penalties until Hennessey stupid blast, just hit the bl..y target. Did Roy whisper to Milo .. miss it? Over to Roy Fans.,...... I lost it with him last season, tonight he set up a negative slow build up tactics tonight against a Championship team.. the players are told they play his was or not...

My thoughts for what they're worth.... Despite playing 442, tactics the same as last year defend deep, pass backwards and hope for a break. Premier game against Southampton and cup game against a poor relegated Bournemouth....same tactics No zaha no threat Eze needs to sharpen up. Hopefully this will come with games. Bats ball control was poor and cant head the ball. Had a good chance first half but first touch was terrible. Hopefully this will improve with games. Time for max to go. Given 90 mins and played for 10. Never going to make it with us. Schlup should never ever play up front again.. Out of the debuts..thought innis did pretty well Jach was a pleasant surprise, thought he did well even going forward. Kirby looked decent missed a sitter, wont get many games needs to go on loan to a mid championship club Hennessey.....no comment. All in all very disappointing.

Hennessey an absolute hero tonight. After realising we may have had to make an extra trip amid league games to get pummelled at the Etihad he wisely and bravely skied that penalty with utter conviction after accidentally saving one. Terrible footballer? Perhaps. Brilliant Strategist? Definitely
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |
