To be fair to Roy, he just doesn’t have a choice. Since the beginning of 2017 until now, we have spent £59m on players of which Sakho accounted for £25.3m.

He does have a choice, but chooses not too. Why have we not seen Camarasa in a league game? Why play Meyer out wide all the time, when he actually gets on the pitch? Why does the whole team line up on the same side of the pitch when we take a goal kick? Why no yougsters ever given 10 minutes in a game? It is so boring & dull. Last year we scored 19 goals at home & 5 of those were in the last match. We need to be more positive, espically at home. There were a lot of empty seats Sunday in the upper holmesdale. If you do not entertain the paying public they stop coming.

Hodgson got sacked by Liverpool for reducing their average home attendence by 10,000. My scouse mates call him the anti-christ of football.

Matchday revenue isn’t comparable to prem tv money. Isn’t it 10% or 15%?

It really is boring but lots of clubs from championship down would swap places.

And Fulham and West Brom fans hold Roy in the highest regard and would have him back in a heart beat.

More relevant than comparing us to Liverpool.

Hodgson got sacked by Liverpool because the results weren't good enough for one of the greatest, most demanding clubs on earth (sentiment aside). maybe crowds dropped for the same reason.

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

By the end of his time with England Hodgson had reduced the best players the country could put out to clueless numpties. He's a one trick pony who is firmly stuck in his defensive mindset ways. Playing this way will possibly ensure 40 points a season, but putting out a defensive midfield core trio of Luka, Schlupp, and Kouyate at home is extremely negative and won't put the ball in the opposition's net. In fact the opposition put two in ours...
