I think Roy will turn it around (would Vieira have done the same, maybe, maybe not) but I feel Roy will highlight Vieira's flaws and... I hope... I hope to god Roy has learnt from his previous stint here.

As of our next manager, I want a passionate manager, someone that gets the players riled, the fans on side... has experience and confidence and a plan B.

Peak fat Sam, I have always liked him... maybe that boat has sailed.

I honestly don't know enough..

I should think that amongst management circles Parish's reputation precedes him.

I was trying to be diplomatic

Although when the wage is circa 40k a week they might take a punt

I like Sam & think that he does a good job, (does what it says on the tin) but I would hope we would have a younger target in place by the time the new season comes around -

Next to the burgers and toilets our biggest draw and asset to any incoming manager is us.
They are given every opportunity to get it right and we are loyal unlike West Ham for example who believe they are something special.

As a club we have a unique DNA that comprises, expectation, success, failure, surprise, a fair ground roller coaster and a gallows humour that puts life in perspective and to understand that there are far more important things going on in the World.

After 61 years of supporting this great club I still dream we can sign a decent forward!

Bring back Brolin

We signed one in Christian Benteke.

That doesnt seem to bother managers, Watford get through about 3 managers a season, no shortage of replacements.
I like the Steve Cotterill story, Jordan tells. After a manager departure from Palace, he bombarded Jordan with several calls a day after the job, Jordan didnt like the amount of messages, so blocked his number.

Let's finish the 10 games left of this season first. Then decide on our next manager, much depends on which division we belong to.

And realistically neither he nor Conte would be remotely interested in joining Palace for a relegation scrap and a severely limited recruitment budget if they successfully kept us up. Nice to dream though.

Let's wait a bit before we start speculating..

You can't change the way things are but you can change the way you are with the way things are.
