We will be stretched defensively and legs will tire.

A 2-0 home win likely but you never know, especially this season.

Hoping that Bats will figure.

So difficult to predict anything more than a dour match (from us) with a cautious formation and predictable line up - but you never know!

3-1 Everton - sadly.

If this is the actualite, we know what will be the discussion subject on HOL.

Away win, 3-1, Wilf, eze and benteke, but would take a hammering if we get 3 points at our rich neighbours saturday!

Apparently Kouyate returned late from international duty. It'll be a blow if he is out as Dann has looked way off the pace this season. With Schlupp back in contention I'd quite like to see Roy try a different approach with a line-up of something like this:

VG

Ward Kouyate (if ready) Cahill Mitchell

Jairo Luka Schupp

Zaha Eze

Bentenke

Roy is a big fan of Schlupp so it'll be interesting to see how he tries to fit him back into the team. If Wilf was happy to go back on the wing (which I doubt) then another option could be:

Luka Jairo

Zaha Eze Schlupp

Bentenke

The third option could be as above but put Ayew on the wing and have Wilf as a false 9, dropping Tekkers to the bench. Highly unlikely Roy would do that though and in all likelihood we will see 4-4-2.

After three weeks of no Palace I'm excited to see us again, I just hope that doesn't dissipate in the first 10 minutes!

It will be an interesting game seeing as they are still chasing a top 6 finish and we have little to play for. Fulham flatter to deceive, 19th in the form table.
Everton could play into our hands....0-1 palace.

Predictably no Mateta, sadly No Shlupp!

A dour defensive display to follow.

They are both on the bench.

We may play with more freedom now. Roy may also use the subs earlier. We are no longer in need of being super-tight so this is something of a free shot.

Guaita looked relaxed on his evening walk last night

My belief is that Everton with Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison will emerge victorious 3-1.
