You're asking me what it's all about, and I can't tell you because I don't know what's going on myself. |

How does it compair with Surrey Street and the Interactive museum in Croydon Clocktower. Used to buy my clothes in Surrey Street in mid eighties. Do you remember a clothes shop called Remys (may be spelt differently) Plus you had Beanos the record shop. Does anyone remember the name of the shoe shop? Think it may have been called Doctor something but may be completely wrong. Edited by Tom-the-eagle (05 Jan 2021 9.49am)

Be careful when heading to Lake Como from Milan. Miss the turn and you end up in Switzerland. OR Be careful when heading to Thornton Heath Pond. Miss the turning and you end up in Norbury.

I would say somewhere between 0 and 1% chance of Wilf heading to Italy, but if PSG came in I would be worried. Or the way L pool are stuttering, he would give them a great outlet. Edited by kev64 (05 Jan 2021 12.18pm)

Was Remys not one of the little shops on the left hand side as you walk southwards down the market from Church Street? Very old looking buildings with an overhanging first floor held up on columns, next to what is now the Fox pub? I remember those little shops. I thought one of them was a sports shop? I seem to recall buying trainers there, and also an adidas top in about 1989/90?! It was always damp smelling in there. Tiny little shops. Cafe next door. If Zaha goes to Milan he'll leave all this rich cultural history behind.
