Whilst I agree about finding a youngster, at the moment we need a stop gap that can score goals and I reckon Giroud would do that. I would like Chris Wood, Tammy Abraham or Odsonne Edouard, but jan would be way too expensive for one of those. I would bring Giroud in short term and give him the game time he needs to prove himself for France. He will be desperate to deliver so I see that as a big plus in our favour of him joining us.

Looking at the stats he's scored 13 goals in 62 appearances since joining Chelsea in 2018. Disregarding whether ones considers that a decent total, is it possible that he will get the goal scoring chances with Palace considering the way we set up under the current manager?
