I think his head isn't quite in the right place, he knows he is running out of time to win things and probably won't at Palace, but also that he's a bit stuck. I don't think Palace are really worried about the fee they might get, they know that even a disinterested Zaha will probably keep us in the Premier League so really don't want to sell, hence the price will stay high. We won't get the fee we would need to come close to replacing him with his current form, so he may need to get his head right for next season, or he will continue to miss out.

Or maybe he doesnt like our style of football.

It must be galling to be faced with 2-3 players every time you get the ball. I do believe he is carrying an injury as well Edited by Spiderman (05 Jul 2020 6.33am)

Clear he's ambitious but he's probably as sick of the situation as we all are, that and the poor & boring Roy set up week after week. In the right position I've no doubt Meyer would shine & Jairo seems to give his all whenever he's gifted an opportunity but Roy's clearly set in his ways & won't change, regardless of how bad we play.

Nobody it seems can get Zaha to side-foot the ball into an empty net from 2 yards, or even trouble the goalkeeper. He has Tekkers disease. How they ever loaned out Wickham is beyond me, and they can't get him back.

Some might argue they were even worse than that! Very worrying times with an aging squad and the oldest manager in world football and a fourth straight defeat on the cards against Chelsea next week.
