why on earth would we have either of them as manager is beyond me...lets just hope roy stays til he is 75.

if roy does go look at beilsa or benitez somebody old but wise, a safe pair of hands again. tried & tested.

Roy won’t be going anywhere. Doesn’t look like a man in his last season to me. He will sign a new contract soon and I hope he does.

Exactly, why are fans talking about replacing him ...nuts.

I'm a Melbourne Victory fan on the side. We do not want Psycho Kev at Palace...

So we replace a top experienced PL manager and coach with a couple of ex players?

Fans are funny.

Pure Dribble is what it is. Managers who are not even managers getting put forward for the job.Cahill brought in to study under Roy. Damon Delaney for Christ sake. It’s like a bloody novel 😂😂

The only manager worth considering when Roy leaves is someone who can organise the defence like Roy and attack like Pardew. I’m not overly convinced one exists (well, not one that would come to us anyway).

I do not consider ex players with zero experience or ex Palace players (because we used to like them) as suitable candidates. Roy has built a solid basis from which to earn points in this league and needs to be replaced by someone who is at least going to respect this and continue the good work.

I admit I am one of the fans that get frustrated by the style of football we play, but I’m certainly not frustrated by the points we have accumulated.

When Roy finally goes he needs to be replaced by a good ‘un, not an experiment.

Stevie G is showing what he can do by taking Rangers to the top this week.

Given our Liverpool contingent,we could launch his career in the Premiership as our new manager as and when Roy decides to steps down.

There's only one place he's heading and it isn't Selhurst Park....

We'd get 1/2 a season from SG if he was doing well and he'd be off to a bigger club ... and that's assuming he'd even come in the 1st place ...

The only thing I'll say is that I hope Roy is communication about his plans. We always seem to end up getting to the end of season, then the manager walks away. I dont think Roy would retire without due notice though. Trouble is, our top level mgt never appear to proactive is such matters.
