Tits up, yes you're right but if its done properly it obviously works, Leicester, Wolves and Man City I think have done it the right way but the way Chelski have gone about it is horrible. Whenever we try to spend big, we usually f*** it up. Then we usually go bust. Haven’t had a winding up petition for a while. Personally I can handle the mid-table stability/mediocrity for a few more seasons yet.
