Turned down MK Dons as beneath him tbh.... but I think he would take an offer from us.

Also, wasn't it Pardew and Parish themselves who said we should be aiming higher?

I don't get why you like him so much. He's an egotistical w***er
which is just about bearable when we're picking up results but we're not.

In terms of new managers, also don't know why we're only focusing on unemployed managers. Pardew after all was employed when we got him.

Perhaps the pair of them are birds of a feather?

I appreciate the loyalty and I have a tinge of sadness feeling this way about wanting rid of Pardew. Do you genuinely think he can turn it around mate as I can not see how he can halt this slide.

For me, it's the fact that his teams have always leaked goals. I have supported him, despite not wanting him, until now. He made it clear we had to be better at the back, and we looked as bad as we have done in three years. Because of his teams' defensive records I can't see him fixing our defence.

By the way, if people think Allardyce's teams are better at the back look up his record. His teams leak more goals than Pardew's, so he unlikely to do much better.

Last week Man City closed the game against us, slowed it down, feigned injury, but got a win.

Against Burnley we come back from 2 down and lose the game in injury time. Today we come back from 3-1 down to lead - but we concede 2 in injury time. Ridiculous. Bad coaching, bad players or both !!

We should have got a minimum 3 points in these games, if not 5 from today. Poor shape/communication/discipline at the back cost us in all 3 games. We've looked awful at the back in all of the last 6 games against top and bottom teams. Both teams today will be relegated with that defending. If we can get our defence sorted then we should have a better chance to survive than the likes of Swansea. This should be enough to see that the current manager doesn't have the ability to change our defence.

This team will always score goals. Only the top 4 have scored more. Our attacking talent is phenomenal.

Just get in Allardyce to kick the defenders into gear and we're laughing. It won't even impact on our play. 50% of our goals have been conceded from set pieces. Sort that out, job done.
