Best way is to see who holds the ring magazine, which is a select few at the moment. That's why I hope the public gets behind crolla as he actually wants to be no1 in his division and willing to fight the best.

I do wish Ring magazine, or some other organisation, could usurp the other bodies and bring a collective agreement of who is the world champion at any weight.
