That Picture of an Asian man/youth using his passport as a means of defence against would be assailants is offensive to me, like he can't go out without Mr whitey kicking his head in.

I chose the image of a white dude walking through Brixton with a burning cross as the complete and utter cultural opposite of what the film/picture shows.

Yet your immediate reaction was to dismiss it, rather than to see how offensive his little joke could be.

I doubt it was her friends, more likely their kids. Youngsters are somewhat prone to anti-social behaviour and notably finding excuses to do things, like hurling a bag of s**t at someone's door / urinating through letterboxes, shouting obscenities at people and so on.

Its the kind of stuff that bored tweenagers tend to get up to. I wouldn't be surprised if after the exit, a number of stupid kids decided to do stupid stuff.

Also calling graffiti and shouting things assault and hate crime might be overstating the case somewhat. Its just the scrots of society that need the occasional cuff to straighten them out.
