Norway has baby naming laws but not a list. So you can propose a name like Storm and they'll decide if it's allowed.

Is Eric Bloodaxe still allowed?

The only person with mental issues I know of is called Steven. It doesn't totally negate your research but just wanted to throw that into the mix.

Yeah most mental person I know is called David.

We have three Adolfs in my office. We had a Gary but we forced him out with a series of targeted bullying campaigns.

Green Giant Flag I'm Mr Meseeks. Look at me. 18 Mar 16 8.40am

One of my neices has called her first born Toby (Tobias).
He's a beautiful baby but that name is in the Nigel/Norman territory to me.

Am guessing but i bet Jimmy,Rolf,Max,Adam wont be on the top boys names in the next years or so.

If you are born in Chelsea you are likely to be called one of the following:

Rupert,Sebastian,Maximus,Tarquin,Timothy,Benjamin,
No offence to anyone with that that name on here meant. At least you can use your other name Nigel.

Not being horrible to anyone with this name, or to anyone who has called their kids this name, but who looks at a baby and thinks "Aw, he looks like a Martin"?

Made the mistake of taking my two to the Hornimen, Forest Hill, for a dinosaur exhibition the other week. Bursting with loud, white, middle-class parents over indulging their little darlings.... presumably off the back of a guilt trip having packed them off to nursery all week whilst they pursue their more important careers.

We shared a sandpit with Wordsworth, Atticus and Jocasta. It was awful.
