I noticed first half wales threw too many wayward passes, lost too many lineouts and lost many turnovers,
also they never matched England with the same tenacity, England seemed up for it and there play showed that.

No argument from me.For the first 65 minutes only one team in it.

Marler has apologised but I'd guess he'd get some sort of ban.

Enjoyed this weekends games..didn't see Ireland v Italy as was watching Wasps dismantle the Tigers

I have no idea what Wales were doing - England stuck their foot on the Welsh throats from minute one and up until Fords cock up didn't let them up and Wales just didn't seem to know what to do and just seemed lethargic and clueless and leaderless...I also though that it was shaping up for a 'to nil'.

Give Wales credit as they did give it a go after Cole went and suddenly looked like Wales again.

Looks like Marler will be in trouble as will the replacement Welsh prop for having a fumble around Coles eyes.

A word on Joubert. You might as well dispense with him altogether and just use the video ref. His seeming lack of wanting to make anything resembling a decision and passing the onus to the TMO was ridiculous. Maybe a hang over from his abysmal World Cup ? I have never seen so many replays.

The 'incident' with Cole being 'gouged' (more of an exploratory prod really) was pretty open and shut - reckless at best - its a yellow. Ditto Haskells neck roll earlier in the game.

Scotland v France was cracking - really enjoyed that one. Scotland for once seem to have taken a step forward and dispensed with the taking two back...I can see them beating the Irish next week.

England to beat the French for a Slam - it cant get better than that - lets hope they do it

Marler's looking at 4 weeks, Francis at about 10 weeks. The "neck rolls" are the ones annoying me, they've been nothing really but look bad in slo-mo. Not once has anyone who's been on the receiving end even acknowledged anything has happened to them.

Scotland v France was good, and so was the ref. Most would've disallowed the break away try for that nothing pull by Laidlaw. He took and quick look and said "nothing doing, try". I think the Irish will have the better of them though.

If we keep everyone on the pitch we should have no problems in France.

I agree with Sash about the ref.

He seemed to bottle everything and the video ref was too conservative.

That incident where the welsh guy dragged his fingernails across Cole's face only needed to be seen once from the one angle available to be assessed accurately. The welsh guy should have been given a yellow at the time.

Also the non grounded try decision was a bit of a cop out. Try asking the question "Is there any reason why I shouldn't give it?" rather than the negative onus to actually prove it was grounded.

Joubert and the TMO bottled it Hoof...that will be the angle the citing guys see and that's the angle that will get him a nice long suspension....

The thing is though is they are a no go which means penalty and a yellow - and we (England) are still doing them
