At the risk of sounding like a xenophobe, I don't want us spending (for us) big money on any foreigners unless they have played over here already. That's not to say we shouldn't look for a bargain but I don't think we are yet in a position where we are spending £10mill+ for an PL untried player.

Also why all the talk of selling Speroni when he can be our third choice keeper or do we really only want two keepers as a top 10 side? Keep Speroni until he becomes a coach and we get the young lad from Newcastle as our third choice.
