It appears in fact she was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence.I believe (I may be wrong) that things like breaching the peace (which I referred to above)are a public order offence.You inflated it to "racism".Some of the press reports refer to a man in the same town being arrested the same day for a racist attack and for having raided a mosque.I said the fact police are OTT in carrying out an arrest doesn't necessarily invalidate a law per se.

It appears in fact she was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence.I believe (I may be wrong) that things like breaching the peace (which I referred to above)are a public order offence.You inflated it to "racism".Some of the press reports refer to a man in the same town being arrested the same day for a racist attack and for having raided a mosque.I said the fact police are OTT in carrying out an arrest doesn't necessarily invalidate a law per se.

She was arrested I would have thought for yelling in a "breach of the peace" situation at people quietly going about their business.I suspect the offence was the yelling in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace at people quietly going about their business.Not the words "go back home". She was arrested I would have thought for yelling in a "breach of the peace" situation at people quietly going about their business.I suspect the offence was the yelling in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace at people quietly going about their business.Not the words "go back home".
