Personally while I liked Moses when he was he has has not really progressed as a footballer, another who moved to soon IMO. I would rather go for players that will be more of a nailed on starter rather than a squad player. Who would you drop for him Bolasie or Punch? Don't think he's better than either of them at the moment.
Just when I thought that I was out...........they pull me back in |

He is very similar in style to Punch only younger, faster and (when playing regularly) scores more often. I don't see the thinking behind this 'bit part player' mentality. We are not Liverpool. If we had Moses in our squad he would play. Liverpool have the resources to choose not to if they so wish.

Apart from Zaha, the most skillful and exciting player I have seen play for Palace. It would be great to have him

Just like Scott Sinclair and even Sturridge couldn't make the breakthrough. Regular football would in all likelihood see him improve. Would be great if that was with us.

Victor has not. Sometimes experience is worth it's weight in gold especially as it's our second season. We need a balance that's why I don't think he would be a reg starter especially at the beginning of the season.

Why would he want to go to Newcastle when their awful bunch of loonies would be on his back from the word go! Feckin' Geordie w***ers thinking they are the neutrals' club of choice. Quote GorBlimey at 25 Jun 2014 5.55am
Right now he's sitting on a big fat drain of his cash, which he's trying to manage yet those Geordie feckers think he should spunk his money on chasing their hopeless dream. Arseholes! You really are completely and utterly charmless Maybe. However, I hope I'm direct and incisive!

Might come down to an option of moses OR zaha but not both, regardless neither player are automatic starts ahead of Bolassie or Punch at the moment.

I would much prefer Moses, personally. Whether he or not he is the better of the two in pure terms is debatable but he has experience at this level and has demonstrated that at a club of our size, played in the right position, he can make a real impact. Futhermore, he is more mature and settled and therefore represents less risk.
Sydenham by birth. Selhurst by the Grace of God. |

He was playing every week at Wigan and because of this quickly became their best player which prompted Chelsea to pay £9m for him.

Why not both Moses and Zaha? The only problem is the getting of them both. I should think they are better than what exists at Selhurst, though are they the fighters Palace need?

IH: "I thought Jonny and Wilf were brilliant but it took a 39 year old master to watch the ball and keep his eye on it to finish it". |
