how about this one ,According to a report from The Sun on Sunday (22/07; page 61), Crystal Palace are planning to make a contract offer to Yaya Toure in the hope that he will choose to finish his career at Selhurst Park.what a load of complete and utter s***e , like steve is gonna pay 100k a week to a 35 year old. Can we keep transfer rumours in Transfer Talk please, where there's already a thread on this.
Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle If the club were to state categorically that Wilf were not for sale, I believe that would help. I know Roy basically said this but this is one time I would like to hear from Parish (when usually, quite frankly, I don't). Edited by ASCPFC (22 Jul 2018 3.05pm)

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle If he goes to a CL team say Spurs then he could miss game and I don’t think Wilf could handle that. When he does go I think he needs to be around family so it’ll need to be a London club.’ Everything we and Wilf knows and the media ignore then.

Equally they haven't said he is for sale, you can believe what you like. Fair enough, I understand football but the rumours are unhelpful. I believe it has an effect on squad morale and fan confidence. This being the case, CPFC could just put a 75-90 mil price tag on this season and shut up all the silly conjecture. My point is really that the club could nip this in the bud - so could the player but it is in his interest not to.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle I think the only way Wilt goes this season is if we get a stupid offer we can’t refuse. Only way I see that manifesting, is it Madrid buy Hazard for £200m and Chelsea in turn write us a blank cheque in a panic. Say £100m..... No way we could say no to that? Plus Wilf gets to stay in south London...
